2010 Registrations

Registration Info Needed to Participate

No registrations for the 2010 season will be accepted after August 10th.

Football players will need the following:

Copy of Birth Certificate
$125 Registration Fee Paid in Full
New 2010 Doctor Consent Form Signed
Copy of 09/10 Report Card with all four quarters
Cheerleaders will need the following:

Original City/Town Birth Certificate (We can't accept Hospital Certificates)
$150 Registration Fee Paid in Full (includes spirit pack)
New 2010 Doctor Consent Form Signed
Copy of 09/10 Report Card with all four quarters
